Children of Lir - A world premier by CUS
This year CUS Junior School are holding two events to mark an anniversary experienced by very few Irish schools - a musical in April, and the Ronnie Delaney Mile and Fun- Run the following month in Trinity College.
The musical is The Children of Lir and is a contemporary show based on the folklore story.
St Ann’s (next to the Mansion House) have kindly allowed us to use their church to stage the musical, and this should provide a wonderful acoustic and atmospheric setting.
The cast are really enjoying the rehearsals and would love your support. The Children of Lir is 1 hour and 10 minutes in duration and would be ideal for your sons, daughters, nieces, nephews…..and even grandchildren!
This primary school adaptation is special as it’s a world premiere, and this is entirely appropriate for such a special anniversary.
Tickets are €10 - students and children €5.
